Would you like to fine tune your MP3 files ?
Are you a professional or do you want to experience what difference the bit rate change makes?
MP3 Minimizer's Advanced Settings panel allows you to fine tune the quality parameters of your MP3 files.
MP3 files are encoded by setting 3 main parameters which also define the quality and also the size of the output MP3 files.
MP3 minimizer allows you to re-define these parameters for your MP3 files, so that you can also set the quality of your MP3 files accoring to your needs.

The parameters can be summarized as follows;
MPEG Phase is the encoding mode of the input sound files and it has two values for music files which are MPEG I and II. MPEG I is for encoding high quality inputs like CD tracks while MPEG II Phase is better for encoding lower quality input sound files.
Bit Rate defines the number of bits per each second of the produced output music file. For example 128 kbps means 128.000 bits, that is 16.000 bytes of data for a second of music in output file.
Sample Rate defines the number of sample values to be taken from the input file, to use during the encoding of output file. More sample rate means higher music quality.
